TRIAL CLASS - BEGINNER POLE

COME GIVE POLE A TRY!

In this 60 minute class you'll learn a mix between pole tricks and dance tricks. Starting the class with a 10/15 minute warm-up to get the body ready to (safely) jump on the pole. Next we will move onto a bunch of pole tricks, finishing with a simple dance routine incorporating one or two of the pole moves you've learnt.

- This is for absolute beginners

- One trial class per person
