PREP ADVANCED POLE TRICKS

Join our Prep-Advanced class with a maximum of 3 students for optimal learning!

Each class begins with a dynamic 15-minute warm-up, ensuring your body is primed and ready for action. Our comprehensive conditioning exercises, both on and off the pole, will build your strength and endurance.

You'll dive deep into advanced moves such as aerial inverts, shouldermounts, and all flexibility moves your body can handle. We'll bring it all together in a stunning routine or beautiful flowing combos.
