Our classes begin with a 15-minute warm-up, with light conditioning exercises follow, helping you build strength and endurance. You'll then dive into learning a series of impressive moves that not only enhance your strength but also boost your confidence.

To ensure personalised attention, our classes have a maximum of 3 people, allowing for focused instruction and ample space to explore your potential.
