This session is specifically crafted to not only introduce you to the fundamental techniques of pole dancing but also to significantly enhance your strength and coordination.

Regardless of your prior experience or current fitness level, this class is perfectly suited for those taking their very first steps in pole dancing. Our supportive instructors will lead you through each move, ensuring you feel comfortable, confident, and empowered as you lay a strong and sturdy foundation for your pole journey.
