BEGINNER POLE CLASS

Join this beginner pole class and learn fun and safe beginner moves. In this class, you will learn pole tricks on and off the pole, pole choreography and more. All classes start with a 15 minute warm-up followed by some light conditioning. Next, you will learn a series of move to help build strength and confidence on the pole. At the end of the lesson we will combine what you've learned into a routine.

Maximum 3 people to a class.
