CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


POLE DANCE PRIVATES - 1, 2 or 3 ppl

Whether you have been pole dancing for years or its your first time, we can help you build strength, improve flexibility and develop your dance technique. Each lesson is tailored to what the client/clients would like to improve on.   

Each lesson will start with a 10/15 minute warmup followed by conditioning exercises on and off the pole. Next we will work on pole tricks and combos, please specify any specific moves you would like to learn or revise in the booking form.


PRACTICE TIME

Book the space for yourself or friends to practice your pole tricks learnt in class.


BEGINNER POLE TRICKS

Beginner pole tricks is suitable for anyone brand new or has only been doing pole for a short amount of time. In this class you will learn to fundamentals of pole with a mix of strength based tricks and dance based tricks.

 

INTERMEDIATE POLE TRICKS

This Intermediate pole tricks class is for anyone working on inverts, laybacks and tricks up the pole. You will work on building strength and stamina, flexibility and connecting tricks into combos.

 

ADVANCED POLE TRICKS

Learn advanced pole tricks and combos, you will work on building strength, clean and finesse tricks and learn how to create flowing combos.

You must be able to aerial invert, shouldermount to brass monkey and static V to join this class.

 

AERIAL HOOP/SILKS PRIVATES

CONDITIONING CLASS

This 4 week mini course will focus on improving core strength used for inverts and shouldermounts, upper body strength and flexibility.

Suitably for all levels, complete beginners to advanced.



LIQUID MOTION

Liquid Motion® is a method of movement education and dance concepts that primarily uses the floor/ground as the training surface.

Classes are safe for the general public, accepting of all body types and gender identification, and provides a life changing experience focused on sensuality.

Come explore what it means to be deeply connected and magnetic in your movement. 60 minute class combining full body warm up, techniques of Liquid Motion®, and movement with music.
